Reverend Roscoe Fitzgerald Perry is a native of Chattanooga, TN.  At an early age his family moved to Savannah, GA where he was educated in Chatham County public schools.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Business Administration from Savannah State University; graduating in 1985.  Pastor Perry holds a Master of Divinity degree from ITC (Interdenominational Theological Center) at Morehouse School of Religion.  He formerly served
as Vice President of State Congress of Christian Education and serves as President of Mount Up Ministries, Inc. in Appling, GA.  He is an instructor at American Baptist College in Augusta, GA; satellite site for American Baptist Theological of Nashville, TN. Faithfully serving as Pastor of First Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Appling, GA since 1988; Pastor Perry has led First Mt. Carmel Baptist Church to minister beyond the church walls. Pastor Perry is an ICON throughout the United States.  His preaching and teaching have made a tremendous impact throughout this country.  He is known as a Mission Minded Minister with a strong determination to help others.  Rev.
